Facebook is entirely a revolution. It has caused many new friendships forged and old friends reunited. I first joined facebook only just a couple years back when my friend told me they were spreading exam tips on Facebook. I thought, “Hey, don’t leave me out!”

I never really gotten used to the way Facebook work. It seems to have so many applications, invitations and all sorts of things which look so cluttered and jumbled and messed up. However, Facebook has changed throughout the time and now, it is a little neater.

But scandalous.

The internet has always been a great tool serving my curiosity and yearning to search for things.

I remember some 8 years ago when I was in my teenagehood, some random friend of mine (I believe his name was Kenny) introduced a song called ‘Hou Lai’ to me. I am chinese illiterate and back then, the internet was not as booming as it is now today.

Guess what. After some time of going everywhere crawling the world wide web, yours truly finally found the song. Back then, I was still using Winamp to play my songs.

Yup, t’was the day before the Windows Media Player comes to picture.

Anyway, my point is really about the power of information technology. I am currently searching something for a few weeks now. At first, everything was futile. But now, I am almost getting there (I think). I am not entirely sure if the information I obtained is accurate but looking back, the internet is indeed a very powerful tool.

If you are a computer buff, you would definitely know what a video card is all about. I had to go on the internet to search for the meaning. I found it to be a graphic accelerator card, the one people commonly call ‘graphic card’. Basically, it is a hardware component which functions to generate images to a display.

So, the question remains - is the particular quality of a video card important? For most computer avids and gamers alike, video cards are very essential. People hunt up and down for the best deals in town. I am just so impressed. What people do for their passion.
