What is weighing you down?
Is it your body fat?
That annoying bulge on the abdomen?
Or the flabby arms?
The lack of confidence?
The excessive binge eating?
The failure of losing weight all the time?

I must, must take charge of my life and start living healthily. No more mindless eating. No more messed up hormones. No more upside down metabolism.
It is so, so hard. It is so discouraging when I up my fitness level, yet I do not see the results. It is just after my trip that I realised how much weight I have gained. Didn’t help that the hotel room had a digital weighing machine for me to exactly see to the nearest point zero how much my weight is.

I need to lose 7 kg. I really do not want a yo-yo weight loss. No rebound. No pre-bulimic feel. No binge eating. No reflux.
What is wrong with me!
I think I have mindless eating. I eat the wrong things at the wrong time. Sometimes I do not eat at the time I am supposed to it. Mindless eating just creates a huge havoc.
One advise on Jill Michael’s website (she’s the trainer on The Biggest Loser) is to brush my teeth after I eat. I have thought of this some time ago.. but I never solidify this fact until I read it just moments ago. Along that, there were many more advices that were helpful but much harder to execute in real life.
However, I have the equipment and my favourite sports ready as gears to lose weight…
Just the eating part kills!

I would love to work out at home and my dream is materialised by these equipment thanks to my dad who bought it last week for our home. It is a treadmill and a bicycle. I shall call the treadmill ‘Milly’ and the bicycle ‘Silly’. While I have yet to lose any weight (in fact, I am gaining thanks to my exorbitant eating habit lately), I think doing some cardio is definitely good.
Did I mention tennis is good as well?
If you are trying to lose weight, which one would you look to - diet pills or simple physical exercise?
I have been there and I have tried all sorts of things. From diet control to slimming cream to even slimming tea. Well, I love some good physical activity for the sake of the endorphins I gain from working out, but I don’t know. I am still searching.
Diet pills are like drugs that alter some mechanism in your body. Whether it is for the better or worse, I do not actually know. It is interesting, though to actually look into their pharmacological actions.
