Tea blends

I took nearly 4 cups of black coffee today, so I decided against more coffee. Instead, I tried the Fortnum & Mason orange scented aromatic black tea my friend gave me.

It definitely tastes quite nice! I think I should start drinking more tea. The tin is so cute and exquisite. Lovin’ it so far! Shall drink this brew while reading a time traveller’s wife book.. yes, Audrey Niffenegger’s book.

Julie & Julia

Interesting movie I am watching about Julie and Julia. It enters the realm of blogging and cooking.. never really a good cook myself (confession: never even cooked prior to coming here!) but blogging?

Hehehe.

Blogging is definitely easier than cooking. But cooking does seem fun now that I think of it. A lot of determination.. like how to poach an egg. It is interesting, but I don’t think I would ever get there with my lousy culinery skills and indifference towards tastes of food.

Whatever it is, live life! Cut and bleed.

Cute videos

People know that I do not especially or particularly fancy kids.

But these two videos just crack me up!

The girl just couldn’t ‘tahan’ it.. if you know what I mean.. sometimes this reminds me of my sis who can’t ’stand’ it also.

This is one talented boy playing the ukulele (a Haiwaiian guitar?) and singing along Jason Mraz’s I’m Yours. Amazing!

Abbey Road

This was the famous album cover by The Beatles. The album was called Abbey Road and it shows a photo of The Beatles crossing the zebra crossing on Abbey Road.

Why am I pointing this out?

That is because I actually walked cross this zebra crossing last night without knowing its significance! I went to my friend’s cousin’s place which was nearby for steamboat dinner. It was actually there where The Beatles took this very famous photo.

Abbey Road.. I have been there!
