I never really had the luxury of fresh milk when I was young. Coming to this British land, milk is relatively cheap and common. It is interesting to see how much I have changed throughout this few months of being here. I never used to add milk into my hot drinks.. I loved my coffee black. Tea or hot chocolate also went without milk. The me today cannot go without milk of late. I add milk to my coffee, tea and even hot chocolate. Sometimes omellette too! I opt for Cravendale milk because it is filtered, thus having a longer shelf life. 2 litres can last me up to 15 days..

It is always good to have the milky bit in your hot beverage… I just hope that it does not mean more calories!
