Natto-licious
A friend told me he tried Natto in Japan. Initially, I thought it was some kind of jelly because it sounds like the Nata de Coco. Anyway, I was asked to google and ended up finding that Natto is some sort of fermented soy beans with a bacillus called ‘Natto’.

I read further on the article about this dish. Somewhere along the line, my eyes caught this word ‘nattokinase’. I stopped for a moment.
Hey, that word looked familiar.
My brain started scurrying back.. it was as if I’ve gone to ‘Search’ and keyed in the word ‘nattokinase’ and now the computer is scanning for any programme containing the keyword.
Bingo!
I ran to the kitchen and took out the special coffee and saw the word ‘Nattokinase’! I turned the sachet over and saw under ingredients, there are Natto in the coffee. MUahahhahahaha. Looks like Natto isn’t new after all to me.
But natto in coffee?
That’s really weird. ‘Cept that the coffee is really expensive!
