I started off a tennis blog out of interest and passion in this sports. Yes, I even have this dream to one day be in the medical team on court. It used to be so intense that I read up almost all the articles I find online.
So yes, it has been a joy to work a tennis blog together with my sister in the editorial team. Besides that, I also have people contributing in Fans Write section every now and then.
Quite naturally, I have this stat counter tracker and a feedjit live to check my site traffic. It perks me up somehow, though I know I actually don’t have consistent returning visitors. Anyway, of late, the traffic to my tennis blog has actually gone up to almost four times compared to my main one. It used to be just half the number of my main blog. Of course, one cannot argue that it is also the Grand Slam season now, that is why.
But interesting enough, the keyword analysis shows something very different - so many searches on Mirka.

So who is this Mirka?
Mirka Vavrinec, a former WTA tennis player, is actually Roger Federer’s long time girlfriend aka manager who travels with him everywhere around the world.

Yes, to the Beijing Olympics as the Swiss team.
In fact, the last time Roger came to KL for Showdown, Mirka was here as well.

In Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil.
I tell you - she is such a gem. Look at her LV Monogram Shimmer Comete handbag!

CNY is different without grandparents, I tell you. It is just like another week of holidays with extra calories minus the working out sessions. I don’t think I like it. The tummy seems bulging and lethargy creeps in.
The only consolation is perhaps Australian Open 2009 going on Down Under and the fact that Roger Federer is still in the draw. He is playing tonight against Juan Martin del Potro, so let’s keep our fingers crossed! We all want Fed to claim another Grand Slam and if you’re against him, I am against you.

I saw this picture of Cristiano Ronaldo at my college friend’s blog, who happens to be a Liverpool fan.

The first thing that came to mind when I saw it was what a funny pose! Well, maybe it’s the pose that makes him look cute. Btw, I really think he looks like a half-chicken and half-duck man. Haha…
Alright! Here are some information about Christiano Ronaldo (from Wikipedia):
Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro, OIH (IPA: [kɾɨʃˈtiɐnu ʁuˈnaɫdu]; born 5 February 1985)[1] is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a winger for English Premier League club Manchester United F.C. and the Portuguese national team.
Ronaldo began his career as a youth player at C.D. Nacional and his successes with the team led to a move to Sporting two seasons afterwards. Ronaldo’s precocious talent caught the attention of Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and he signed the 18-year-old for £12.24 million in 2003. The following season, Ronaldo won his first club honour, the FA Cup, and reached the UEFA Euro 2004 final with Portugal, in which he scored his first international goal.
In 2008, Ronaldo won his first UEFA Champions League title, and was named the final’s Man of the Match. He was named the FIFPro World Player of the Year[2] and the FIFA World Player of the Year, in addition to becoming Manchester United’s first Ballon d’Or winner in 40 years.
Well, talking about football, I support Liverpool. But, please don’t ask me about it as I have not much idea about it. Plus, the only player from Liverpool (the 2m tall player) had left the team. So, I basically know nothing.
Hehe!

The lunar calendar chinese new year is coming up real soon. In just a few days. Everyone is busy making their last minute rush to the shopping mall to buy anything and almost everything. I think shopping is so revolutionised nowadays. Shopping is so vital and hey, shopping malls are not only getting bigger by the years, they are also designed in different ways nowadays. Some are expanding wings, some are putting in more facilities. Others are beautified and refurbished to give shoppers a whole new experience.
I believe that shopping malls should always try to strive for the best shopping experience for their shoppers. One should always try to improve and get to a greater height. Whether it is out of competition or just merely infratructure development, striving for the best must be the goal.
In San Diego, you may want to look at the local shopping malls that can give you the shopping experience of a lifetime. Bring your family and friends to visit the best San Diego shopping malls. You shall be impressed.

I always like to go by the phrase, “That’s the ideal. But in reality, we do not live in a perfect world.”
Yes, the reality still bites in. The ideal is to get a medical degree by age 23, get married by 24, have first child by 25 and live happily ever after. Merry!
But in reality, I am approaching 23 years old. Yes, I may be doing medicine, but I am not even halfway through yet. Married by 24? I think it is more like everyone’s laughingstock now. There is not even a guy pursuing me and I am thinking about marriage? Super duper lame! Alright, have kids by 25? Even funnier.
See? That’s life. Meanwhile, I may want to explore into various things such as travel, make friends, tennis, getting an attachment with the medical team in tournaments and what-nots.
Life is short. Live it up!
