I just lost balance and bang my head on the wall. It was at my frontal-temporal region. I could still feel the vibration now. What happened?
On the other end of the spectrum, I am now listening to a classic ‘You Raise Me Up’ sang as a cover song by Westlife. If you were teenagers during the late 1990’s and earlier 2000’s, you can possibly miss out this popular Irish boyband.
I could still vividly remember ‘Swear It Again’ and ‘Flying Without Wings’, their earliest singles. There were many songs from this boyband which I really enjoyed. It is their crisp vocals, strong yet soothing at the same time. They are one of those groups which I can truly enjoy and appreciate their songs without having to go crazy over the singers per se. Well, being fans who vie for original purchases, my sis and I collected all their albums.. up to.. I can’t remember which one.
Well, apparently, they don’t make it big in the US. They tried, but not so well received. Who cares, it is the Americans’ loss, in my personal opinion.
p/s I must have been hiding under blankets - I knew Nicky dated the Irish PM’s daughter but I didn’t know they are married. Well, Shane is married as well. Whoa! And those weddings took place half a decade ago. Outdated lah me.
Next time, I should talk about the resurfacing of boybands such as the New Kids on The Block and Boyzone.
